Aspen Property Care, proudly owned and operated by Steve Martin, is celebrating 25 years of dedicated service in the landscaping industry. With a strong foundation in both residential and commercial landscaping, Steve has built a company known for quality, reliability, and personal care.
Offering a full range of landscaping, lawn care, and property maintenance services, the Aspen Property Care team brings together over 100 years of combined industry experience. Their deep knowledge and hands-on expertise ensure every client receives exceptional, professional service.
At the heart of Aspen Property Care is Steve’s guiding philosophy: build lasting relationships and improve quality of life. As Steve puts it, “If we do our work well and treat people with respect and fairness, it’s a win-win-win—for the client, the company, and the employees.”
Outside of work, Steve is a devoted family man with 8 children and 17 grandchildren. His life is centered around family, faith, and the great outdoors—values that influence the integrity and spirit of Aspen Property Care.

“These guys are great to work with. I received several quotes from other landscaping companies in the area to do a paver patio and I never felt as comfortable as I did with Aspen. Nick, the designer, was very prompt in his communication with me and also had a design for a patio in a day. The 3D renderings they did really helped me visualize how it would look in my yard. None of the other companies had that, so they definitely had and edge in that department. The patio crew was very courteous and did a great job. We picked a harder paver pattern but Mitch and his crew really stepped up and made the patio look amazing. Luckily they started the work a little earlier than expected since the weather hadn't been cooperative very much this year and they got it finished in time for a our 4th of July party. We definitely get a lot of compliments on it. Overall the prices are great, the service is great and the patio is fantastic. We are so pleased, we are actually going to have them do some lawn services as well.”
