The Assistant Manager for Landscape Maintenance Operation is a hands-on position that assists the Operations Manager for both the Landscape & Maintenance division of Aspen Property Care.
Responsibilities may include: Estimating & sales, crew training and supervision, equipment operation and repairs, customer service and satisfaction, scheduling crews, planning work activities and assisting in work activity when needed.
Full involvement in winter snow removal is required.
The Assistant Manager needs to understand quality, safety, customer satisfaction and team work.
The right candidate will have personal integrity, dedication, good verbal & written communication skills and be customer driven.
